“I come from Afrancho and I’m proud of that. I have taught in Afrancho for so many years. I’m thrilled to say through hard work and dedication, I have become the DCE for this District. Since this is my last Independence Day celebration as the DCE, I need to celebrate it in my hometown as the national one is ongoing at Koforidua, where the President of the republic is there now,” he reiterated.
