Hon. Adu Poku Christian (DCE) a.k.a “adwumawura” accompanied by Heads of Department and Assembly members embarked on community visitation to Yamoah Ponkoh Area Council and Aboabogya on 9th February 2022.
The purpose of this visit was to drum home government policies particularly, the trending issue of E-levy to the communities visited.
At Ankaase the “Odikro”, Nana Kwadwo Akwaboah with his elders and subjects, outlined their challenges relating to sanitation and roads. They also urged the government to give broader details on E-levy for the people to know its benefits.
After carefully listening to their concerns, Hon. APC assured them of addressing the prioritized ones but admonished them to also embark on self-help projects instead of waiting for the government to shoulder all their needs.
At the durbar grounds, the “Revised Aboabogya Local Plan” meant to strategize the proper layout development of the town was also exhibited.
