The District Director of Agric, Mr Peter Kwame Amoako and Hon. Adu Poku Christian (DCE) have given 80 female and 20 male pigs to 20 farmers in Afigya Kwabre South under the Rearing for Food and Jobs Program on 27th September, 2021 at the Assembly Premises.
The purpose of the donation is to increase pig production in the district.
The Agric Department in the District shall have oversight responsibility that is, monitoring and technical advice.
